Content Workshops, Information (re)Architecture, UX Journeys & Flows, UI Design System + Art Direction for Telanto.com

Telanto.com reached out to rethink their public website experience.

01

Content Workshops. Design the Story.

A complete rethink of a business approach to their corporate website requires firstly understanding the business and the user base: This was achieved through several online working sessions covering a Business Canvas, Persona archetypes and Storymapping workshops.

The outcomes led to a content architecture that allowed us to empathise with the target audience and communicate Telanto value to them clearly while guiding them to a lead-generation funnel for Telanto sales team.

02

UX Design + Art Direction and Design System.

From website UX flow wireframes, through art direction and style guides to a UI design system. Particular attention was paid to the typography: Telanto is a global company who will need many languages sets so it’s important to choose a font set with a broad range of symbols needed - some examples below of those studies & visual direction and treatment guidelines.

Attention was also paid to the idea of A/B testing and targeting through dynamic header and text content based on user profiling, following the thread from media campaigns through to lead gen.

03

Putting it together.

Using Telanto product content plus the art direction and design system components the website takes shape.

The idea is to use JAMStack website with a content block CMS system allows Telanto to use dynamic content to mix and match their website content easily and target users more accurately.

Telanto can also connect their backend database to the front-end to enable live updates and promotions related to their Challenges & customer experience stories.

And of of course the website is responsive to enable mobile users.
