Content Workshops. Design the Story.

 

A successful website redesign starts with understanding the intersection between business goals and user needs. Through stakeholder workshops, persona development, and story-mapping exercises, we uncovered the motivations, challenges, and decision-making processes of Telanto’s target audience.

These insights shaped the site’s information architecture, content strategy, and conversion journeys, helping Telanto communicate its value more effectively while creating a clearer path from discovery to lead generation.

UX Design + Art Direction and Design System.

The project spanned the full design lifecycle, from user journey mapping and wireframing through to art direction, visual design, and the creation of a scalable UI design system. Particular attention was given to typography, ensuring the chosen typefaces could support the diverse language requirements of a global audience while maintaining a consistent visual identity across markets.

The experience was also designed with optimisation in mind, incorporating opportunities for A/B testing and personalised content. By tailoring messaging and calls to action based on user profiles and acquisition channels, the platform could create more relevant experiences and improve lead-generation performance.

Bringing together Telanto's content strategy, visual identity, and design system components, the final website was designed to deliver a flexible and scalable digital experience.
